Every time of day has its own kind of magic at Escalera. Sunset (around 5:30–7:00 PM) offers the most dramatic golden-hour view as the sky shifts from amber to violet. After dark, the Manila city lights and Laguna Lake reflections create a stunning nighttime panorama. Weekend mornings (11 AM onward) are great for a more relaxed, daytime experience of the mountains and lake.

Our most celebrated dishes are the Heritage Bistek Pork Chop — a perfectly seared pork chop smothered in rich bistek sauce with three kinds of onion and bistek rice — and the Golden Buttermilk Fried Chicken, which is crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and paired with a house dipping sauce that guests consistently rave about.
